K-Grade

I’m checking this one off my bucket list.I’ve wanted a SBT for years and one is finally coming my way. Found it online a little while back and wound up being the only bidder. It’s a K-grade with a 32” barrel.Serial number is 4000XX so more than likely built in 1919 and it shipped in February 1920.The pictures online didn’t do it justice,it cleaned up very nicely. Aside from the pad which I will be replacing it doesn’t look like it’s been monkeyed with at all.There were supposedly only 75 K’s built and I am happy to have one.

Beautiful gun. You would look great competing with it in the Letterman event at Hausmann’s. Will we see you there?

Beautiful gun and rare indeed in K Grade. I love the deep relief engraving of the K Grades. Well done Joe! When you get a chance I’d love to know the barrel configuration, (bore, constriction and minimum wall thickness). Thanks for sharing with us!,
