12, 16 or 20. It didn't matter-same price. The single trigger was a bit more.

Wowzer! That’s quite a sale on those “Factory Sample” guns!! Wonder what was driving such a price reduction.

It's a shame the advert did not include the serial numbers. Would have been interesting to enhance a few guns provenance.

Looking at the production cards, a lot of Fox guns that were languishing in inventory went to J.L. Galef in an Odds & Ends sale. Throughout the 1930s we see J.L. Galef selling A.H. Fox guns below Savage's Wholesale Price. From 1932 --
