Not sure why we don't see any more articles in the DGJ by Mr. Kidd.

It's not for lack of material to write about.

Tom's articles in the DGJ were one of the driving my interest in Fox shotguns. There are some very knowledgeable folks posting on this website. I would have a hard time picking the one that knows the most. We are lucky that they are willing to " share the knowledge".

I agree with Loggy, I wish Mr Kidd would start writing again for the DGJ or our Newsletter :D . I always found his articles very interesting and they played a role in my sickness regarding Fox guns.

I am lucky enough to speak with him on a regular basis. He is by far the most knowledgeable fox collector I know. Many years ago I had the privilege of seeing his collection in person which included the Roosevelt gun at the time.

He is truly as straightforward and honest as they come.

Mr. Kidd I recently bought a 20 gauge CE Fox Special from a business that claimed you had shown some interest in the gun. Id really like to speak with you about it. If you see this and have a few moments, then please call me at 229-336-6556. I'm Mike Briggs. If anyone else knows Mr. Kidd and could relay this message to him, Id be extremely grateful.

Maybe someday you could post a few pictures of your new gun. I’ll bet it’s impressive.

I too am very disappointed that Tom gave up on DGJ. Maybe some day he will tell us about it.
