Added Two New Foxes to the Stable

Post by abner »

This weekend I added two new Foxes to the stable, not A.H. Foxes, just Foxes. I showed another artist, Marilyn Drose, the original pencil drawing of the Fox by Phoebe Thorpe done in 1987 which I purchased on Saturday, and Marilyn went to her collection and gave me a print of the second Fox done in 1979 by a third artist S.C. Simpson. You never know when and where your next Fox will come into your life. :D

Those are very well done. They captured the "live look" on the faces of both of them. That takes talent. I especially like the grey on the stump.

Thanks Stan, I fell in love with the drawing when I saw it too. I marvel what talent some people have, I can't draw a stick figure.
