I received my order form yesterday, sent it back this afternoon. Dan says the books will go out in March. 450 to 500 pages, much bigger than volumes one and two.

That would be "the end of May". That is soon enough to keep me happy. I am hoping for very little of the "I shot a pheasant" type of article. I think Mr. Cote would weed out such articles.

Just ordered mine. Was told end of May or first week of June for shipping. Just purchased the entire set back to 1989 including the two previous indexes. Getting this one was a no brainer.

I opted to use credit for the remainder of my subscription on the David Baker DVD. This is what came. Just a homemade burnt disc set. No artwork as advertised.

I believe his son died unexpectedly in May. That could be part of the delay. I'll keep the faith for now.

I hadn't heard about Daniel's son's death. What is the story?

As user unfriendly as I find the Index part of the first two, I didn't bother. Would be nice to have an index for The Double Gun Journal like the ones Published by The Compiler for The American Rifleman for the 1940s, 50s, 60s and first half of the 70s, back when that magazine had worthwhile articles.
