Sterlingworth bad medicine for doves !
The doves are not a fan of the sterlingworth and RST 8 shot …

Thanks I’m not a great shot at all but I shoot this gun better then some of my others.

Tell us about the hunt….morning or evening? What state? What are the specs on the Sterlingworth. Looks like that Griff had fun retrieving!!

It was an afternoon hunt in Md. The Sterlingworth is a 16 gauge with 28" barrels and i used RST 8 shot ammo. This is my first SXS and i could not be any happier with the way it shoots. Chokes are modified and full and so far they seem to be open enough - i almost hate having them opened because is is all original. The griff is an excellent retriever on ducks, geese , all upland birds and doves. Thank you
