Early Grad Present
Early Grad Present
New Forum member and I'd thought I'd post a picture of my son with his early college graduation present - 1907 AH Fox BE with 30" f x f. We hunted and limited three straight mornings with our Foxes. I shoot a 1924 HE with 30" f x f. #4 heavy bismuth and these guns are deadly on mallards

Great picture ! Congrats to your son on a wonderful graduation gift. He can someday maybe pass it on to his son or daughter. I’m sure that Fox will still be serviceable. Good looking Lab too ! GOOD JOB.

Great to see some younger shooters using Ansley's finest. As the manufacturer said "A Fox Gets the Game" --

Thanks for all of the comments. These hunts were priceless and hope many more will follow.
Drake, the dog loves his MoMarsh invisilab (shameless and unsponsored plug for MoMarsh), in fact, I think he would sleep in it if my wife would let me bring it in the house.
All hunts were in MS delta close to Sledge, MS.

Re: Early Grad Present
Congratulations on the three great hunts with your son. I can well relate to that as I recently returned from three very successful days "ducking" with my son and his two sons in E. Arkansas. I, too, used my HE Fox. Please don't be hesitant about posting pics. The more the better!
BE Foxes are among my favorites in the lower graded Fox guns. I have a 32" barreled 1918 BE that I shoot very well (relatively speaking ).
