Savage bse h 12 gauge

Post by Steven 2017 »

I recently picked up a Savage bse h 12 gauge. The gun is missing a few parts and I'm having quite a hard time locating them. It is missing the left and right extractors and the collars and Springs. I have been able to find the Springs but I've had no luck with the extractors or the collars. Checked Numrich, ebay, and quite a few other sites with no luck. Local Gunsmith couldn't find them either. Would love to be able to use this shotgun, if y'all could point me in the right direction or help me in any way I would greatly appreciate it. I attached a schematic of my gun along with a parts list of the parts that I need. They are number 28 through 32 on the list. Thank you for any and all help, it is greatly appreciated

Since no one has responded, I'll chime in. This forum is primarily dedicated to AH Fox guns produced in Philadelphia and Utica NY between 1906 and 1940. The Fox you have is a different design (actually a rebranded Stevens 311) and is related to AH Fox guns in name only. There were lots of Savage Fox Model B's sold in the 40's-60's, and someone here may be able to help you, but you may have better luck on another site such as the Doublegunshop forum. Good Luck.
