Tom, this is an early 2nd generation A I had at one time but have since sold. I wish I had better pictures for you.

Thanks Jeff. Was looking for straight grip small bore. If I was really picky it would have a snap on forearm.

Thanks all. I'm converting 16 gauge SW to a straight grip with long tang and turning it into an A grade with some help of course. I've seen a few different checkering patterns it appears but Researcher seems to have posted what I needed thanks to all.
