Sorry, photo bucket is acting up tonight. I'll get some more pics up tomorrow morning early, if possible.

Here's a few more, if pb will cooperate this morning. Guess I ought to go ahead and go "ad free" for $15/yr.

And the wood, which has been refinished, and has also had a couple coats of Renaissance wax. I do believe the metal to have original finishes. The little gun was extremely well taken care of for a long time.

At 6 lbs. 3 oz., with #4 barrels, she really moves quickly for a 30" gun.

The most glaring flaw on it is the narrow "bead" of wood broken away at the upper rear of the forend, right side, where it meets the bead of steel on the forend iron. I may have that repaired someday, if I find the proper person to do so. Any suggestions?

I see a couple of places in the pics where it appears that the wood has a gap between it and the metal ....... such as the right side view where it appears there is a space between the forend wood and knuckle, and another where it appears there is a space between the top tang and the wood on the right side of the tang. There are no gaps there, but the wood is proud of the metal, and creates a shadow. But ...... the bead gone off the right side of the forend really bugs me.

Have corresponded with Dennis and he has agreed to repair that forend. Next pics of it will be of "before and after".

Thanks again for the reminder about The Stock Doctor, Tom.
