Fox XE project
Fox XE project
I received these pictures from the stockmaker last week. Not the best pictures but I am very happy with the turn out of the wood. Gun is now on its way to have a set of NOS 30" barrels added. Should be back in time to head into the grouse woods. Cant wait!!!

Re: Fox XE project
Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately I am not at liberty to give out the stockers name. I have seen a couple of his stocks done and was very impressed. I sent him this gun on 11/9/16 and he sent me those pictures 12/20/16. Talk about turn around time!!!
The 30" barrels are with Brian Dudley now and have been fit to the frame. I am having them choked IC/IM to compliment the Cyl/Mod on the original 26" barrels. Barrels still need ejectors done, rib matted, chokes, polishing, engraving, and bluing.
The wood came from Cecil Fredi and had Tom (vaturkey) help me with the selection which was and is appreciated.

Re: Fox XE project
Brian posted these pics on the Fox Facebook forum. He did an awesome job fitting them up. They really really look nice. Carry it proudly in Montana and don't fall down more then once. Those Badger holes can be mean. Trust me, I know from first hand experience.
