RST Shells

Post by Jamie243AI »

Morning,
I am new to this board and have enjoyed reading the input of so many.

My question pertains to the usage of the RST 16ga shells of their A5 Type and what is the difference between those and the standard RST 1oz 1200FPS loading? Any harm in using the A5 Type in a SxS? I need some shells for an upcoming pheasant hunt thus my interest in the RST options.

Craig,

Thanks. I actually spoke with them, just before lunch, and got some solid information. The A5 loads are the same pressure as the standard load but loaded with faster powder to help actuate the automatics better. I feel confident with their input and learned a bit along the way.
