The length-of-pull listed for the Fox-Sterlingworth throughout the Savage-era was 14-inches with a 2 3/4 inch drop-at-heel. As during the Philadelphia era they also listed changing the drop 3/8 of an inch either way at an extra cost which rose from $3.50 in the 1931 catalogue to $6.10 in the 1941 catalogue. They also offered to "Cut off to any desired length and refinish at an additional charge of $2.00" in 1931 to $2.50 in 1941.
The SP-/SPE-Grade was introduced in mid-1932, and generally sold at the same price as an A-/AE-Grade. The features of the SP-/SPE-Grade were a black gun-metal finished smooth-sided frame and a smooth-sided stock profile without the cheeks normally found on graded Fox doubles. The early listings for the SP-/SPE-Grade also called for a special rounded heel buttplate with a widow's peak. I've only ever seen that butt plate on 12-gauge SP-/SPE-Grades. If anyone has one on a small-bore SP-/SPE-Grade, I'd like to see a picture. The early SP-/SPE-Grades were absolutely plain, but later they got a bit of border engraving.
This 16-gauge SP-Grade with a Fox-Kautzky Single Selective Trigger was shipped in May 1937.

Here is a picture of an early 12-gauge SPE-Grade from the period when they had no engraving --
