PARKER PAGES----TAKE NOTE!!!!

Post by TOOL MAN »

Comrades,

To all who are members of the PGCA, I ask that you take a long, hard look at the recent issue of Parker Pages and heed my urgent plea. In addition to event write-ups, there were no less than 12 articles submitted by PGCA members!!! We struggle to get one in our semi-annual news letter.  Granted, our membership is a quarter of the size, nevertheless the math falls glaringly short.

All that we ask is you please send us (Dave Noreen) 2-300 words on a hunting trip, a visit to your favorite clays course or perhaps a Fox display you set-up at a local gun show. That's four or five paragraphs and a few cell phone pictures!! We're not seeking "War & Peace" or the next "Iliad" simply a few juicy tidbits on a memorable sortie with your favorite Fox gun(s).

C'mon guys.......I know we can improve upon this. Our distinguished ancestors from Philadelphia deserve so much more!!---------S
On the whole....I'd rather be in Philadelphia....

Good excuse to buy more Foxes for more stories. Always looking for excuses :D

Stories from members are so much better than ads for plush resorts disguised as hunting stories

My first work is titled- "Ode to a Stoat" and is considered by many to be THE collection of works regarding the venerable stoat. I will follow that with pics of a successful Appalachian Lowland Marmot hunt with my custom Fox .450/.500 BP.
