Yes, this part of the state has definitely become developed in the last few decades. Areas where I bailed hay for the local farmers as a teen now are built up with homes and shopping centers. If it weren't for family commitments, I doubt I would still be in the area. I look forward to grouse season every year as it gives me a reason to head to northern PA (Germania). The solitude and peace are a welcome change from life here.
