Fruits of the first week of the season

Post by nca225 »

Despite the rain for the first few days but before the high temps, there was a nice window of cool weather and that combined with a little prime grouse cover and my Sterly 16 we get our first bird of the season. Best time of the year...

Very nice picture, I can't wait to get my season started. The grouse season opened in NY but very little leaf drop yet. Ducks open the 22nd and the birds are here in big numbers.
Thanks again for the great photo.
