Craig we are still plugging away at it here in Jersey , we have 15,000 customers out of light out in my district as of this morning. During the height of the storm we lost 39 sub transmission lines knocking out power to 5 substations that put approx 350,000 customers out of lights in Northern New Jersey alone. Lots of trees down and the worst flooding I have seen here. Guess I picked the wrong time to take the Front Line Supervisor position. I've been working 24 hr shifts with 8 hour breaks starting to wear down a little. We hope to have every one picked up by the Holiday weekend! No flooding here at the house but I have some friends that had basement flooding. Got to run, I will check in when possible. Paul Plunkett Jersey Central Power and Light.

Re: Brothers FOXIST and TOOL MAN
After two months without a drop, I closed out August with 3/4 of an inch in my rain gauge. About 6 pm yesterday we started getting lightning and thunder, but fortunately it brought rain with it. By 7 pm there was well over half an inch in the rain gauge, and the rest came overnight. Those of us who live in the Pines don't like dry lightning!!!
