Hey Frank after we talked Tuesday Oct 13 on the subject Early B grade you ask me to join the form. I put my check in the mail along with my info and I hope to be a long time member. I was just wanting to know when I may get to see the members only form. I sent the check out Tuesday Oct 13 about 1200 noon after we talked and I live in Kentucky. Donnie

Donnie, thank you. The check has to go to our PO Box in NJ, then your signup info is transmitted elsewhere for processing and to enable access, then communicate back to the new member. We are all volunteers leading the AHFCA in our spare time and I would say access will probably take a couple of weeks. I'm sorry but it definitely won't be in time to do a records search on that B grade if you need to make a decision on it by tomorrow.
To all: the Directors are looking at some improvements to enhance the process at our end - but the fact remains that we have actively communicated the benefits of joining up at every opportunity ..... before that hot gun deal comes up and folks want to do a quick record card search to help facilitate their decision making.
