Local auction with 400 firearms!

Post by Mike of the Mountain »

All, there is a local auction here in NEPA who has a bunch of Fox, Parker and Smith guns this Saturday along with quite a few WW I and WW II era arms. Here’s a link to the Prixibid site or you can go to Burke’s Gun Shop and find the auction link.

Saw that one. Many if not most of those doubles have been rode hard and put away wet.

I asked about the 16 gauge Parker hammer gun. They were not able to provide wall thickness measurements but did say the bores were "pitted". I bid, but did not bid too much. A friend got it and I hope it checks out.
