Camping for the Vintage Gunners Cup

Hi all,

We'll be coming from Michigan to Hausmann's this September and have a rooftop tent on our truck. Is there anywhere nearby where we can camp?

Many people just camp out in the main parking lot at HHHSC. If it does not rain much you will be fine. If we get much rain before or during the shoot the park lot turns into a mud pit. posted by Jent.

There are Don's Johns probably 100 yards from the parking area and also water stations. Think better then primative camping. PS. If the parking lot is wet it can be an absolute mud hole. That said, the place is beautiful.

Thanks everyone, for the replies. I spoke to Ernie about camping onsite but we're going to opt for a nearby campground instead.
