Parry Fire Arms Co.

Post by Researcher »

Here is a rather unusual and short-lived American double, Parry Fire Arms Co., Ithaca, New York. Edward George Parry had worked at Ithaca Gun Co. and struck out on his own.

Parry's Quality 1 just had the "Greener" cross-bolt, but the Quality 2, like this gun, also had his patented rear-acting under-bolt.

I'm pretty sure the right hammer is original and the left hammer is from a Remington Model 1889.
