Rust blue an casehardening referal

Gents please your help .Im 70 have a 16 sterly project .Can you recommend one gunsmith to do both rust blue an recase this double .This will be a dream grouse gun .Thanks much . coalbin aka . jack in Pa.

Eightbore is spot on. These folks can do the case coloring and also the rust blueing on the barrels.
