Wonderful pictures, and thanks for sharing them with us. I used to shoot a lot of woodcock in Lake County (south of you), but the last few years have been sparse. I love those little birds. Beautiful gun, beautiful dog and I might as well say the same about your better half. Looks like you had a great outing. What are the dimensions of that CE?

Woodcocker...great pics of the birds, gun, and cover. Will be in the Grayling, Lewiston, Lovells area for several days doing the same!

Heading back up next Wed--staying at Gates--for two more days. I heard today from friends with three pointers they had 120 flushes and shot 37 woodcock and two grouse but not sure just where they were. Will be wearing breeks and hunting with my Evans to change my luck. Good hunting to you. Cheers.
