Superfox 31527
Re: Superfox 31527
Another question is about the “Barrels Not Guaranteed” stamp. Was it there and removed or never there?
Re: Superfox 31527
Very cool gun with a great story. Congratulations on the find. I personally like the engraving and agree it would look great case colored.
Re: Superfox 31527
No card for this gun.Gentleman who used to do A&F letters has retired but sent me this info.No mention of a single trigger.Barrel disclaimer has been mostly removed due previous refinishing.

Just curious ......... what does the gun weigh, now that it has been restocked?

Re: Superfox 31527
Just noticed a tiny signature on the bottom of the receiver that indicates that the gun was engraved by the late Virgil Graham.Mr.Graham worked out of a shop near Savannah, Georgia. He was a master engraver and apparently his work is quite sought after.Information I found tells he was well known for his exquisite adaptations of original designs on Winchester,Colt,Fox and other fine old guns.I haven’t done anything with the gun yet but do have plans for it in the future.

Curious if it carded with the single trigger.
There certainly is a card for 31527. No single trigger on the card. The single trigger in the gun is marked MILLERNo card for this gun.
