Well I’ve had a gunsmith look at this. He assured me that the barrel was not cut. The cylinders are to the spec it was purchased cylinder and modified. As Jeff said, not sure about 3 inch chambers on the HE20. Beavertail fore end doesn't sound like factory.

Yes, by all means, get a copy of the factory card for that gun.
