Earlier CE Grade Fox

Fox CE- 12 bore SN 2791-Earlier CE

Trying to pin down the date of manufacture at Philadelphia. Krupp steel barrels-30 inch.
My calculated guess is 1907-1912.

Any help would be appreciated.
