I'd get myself some TimberLuxe, blend in that old finish, and shoot the heck out of it. Brass front beads are available from a variety of sources. JMO.

I use the first one as a cover on the 3-ring binders where I keep my newsletter issues...

They contacted me in June about a piece I submitted and were still touting having it ready by Christmas at that time.

My first Fox (and first”good” shotgun), a Utica 16ga ejector. 28” barrels, 6-1/2 pounds, M/F, wood probably refinished at some point but a decent job, good blue and still some decent case colors. It’s been a good one and a better gun than I probably deserve.
