top tang screw

I recently disassembled my 16 gauge Sterlingworth and the top tang screw threads are not in very good condition. It appears that they are a 10-32 thread. Can anyone confirm or correct this.Thank you, Jim

Re: Foxes with Reversed Triggers

I had Turnbull reverse the triggers on my HE while he had it apart for the same reason that you mention. I don't believe it is a problem because he didn't charge me for it.

2 1/2 chambers

would you consider a sterlingworth with short chambers to be more or less desireable/valuable than one that is or was lengthened to 2 3/4 inches? to some the short chambers are a turnoff. jim

Fox SBT

I have never seen any reference anywhere to a fox sbt with a 34" barrel, only 30 and 32. Has anyone ever seen one,or know of the existence of one. I would love to give one a tryout on the trap field. Jim

Frank, I have a 1929 HE that does not have the "barrels not guaranteed" stamp. It's 32x2 3/4. Jim
