"A" grade 20g and a Pair of Setters
Had a couple of hours to spare before our pheasant season closed out in Ohio. Grabbed my 1926 "A" grade 20g with 28" #4 barrels choked IC/IM and my two Setters and headed to my local public ground. Pups didn't disappoint and neither did my 100 year old Fox.

Re: 20 Gauge Firing Pins
Jolly, not a complete gun, just the action. I could see why previous owner thought they were missing. You could see daylight through the firing pin holes. Used a block of wood and released the hammers and everything was there and worked as they should

Sterlingworth Barrels
I know this probably a needle in a haystack but does anyone have a set of 20g Sterlingworth barrels they would be willing to part with? Thanks in advance

Re: 20 Gauge Firing Pins
Thank you Brian Dudley! Received the action today from the gentleman that sold it to me. Hammers were cocked and he couldn't see the firing pins and assumed they were missing. Nothing is missing thank goodness. I sure appreciate everyone that responded. Thanks again!

Re: Sterlingworth 20g Barrel Dent
Went to the SASSS Spring Classic in Michigan a few weeks ago. Mr. Hosford was there and pulled the dent out of the barrel while I waited. Can't even tell there was ever a dent there

"A" Grade Forend
I picked up a forend for an older 20 gauge "A" grade Fox. How do I tell if the forend is for an ejector gun or an extractor gun? Thanks

Sterlingworth 20g Barrel Dent
I recently picked up a first year Sterlingworth 20 gauge. The right barrel has a small dent on the underside. You can see it when looking down the bore along with some light pitting. My question is, can the dent and pitting be removed if not too bad? I will try to post some pics later of the dent an...

Re: Ithaca NID Loose Forend
It is the latch design and is tight from front to back, just a little loose from side to side.

Re: Ithaca NID Loose Forend
Thank you for the information. Is there any way to to have a gunsmith tighten up the forend or is it just something that I have to get used to? I'm used to my Sterlingworth's being tight.
Thanks again. Steve
