Re: Dove season's a wrap .....

Stan, how much longer is the dove season open? What's the weather like this late in the season? California should have a later season as there are still doves around even though the temp gets down to freezing at night here. Those late season doves are sure bigger. Jim

Re: Scouting for Woodcock - No Joy

Tom, take Sophie to the vet right away. Don't fool around. What caused her to yip? Could she have been bitten by something? It's funny, my Black Lab Mazie will also be 8 in April.

Fantastic, Roger! A coupe of things: Brooklyn Handicap was the wiskey that Horace was trying to get a drink of by betting against Captain Harold Money killing Mallards at Beaver Dam Lake in the story "De Shootinest Gent'man" by Nash Buckingham. Model 21's - I have 2, both made in 1935. A 1...

"The Cloverleaf Hole so named by "De Shootinest Gent' man" (Buckingham) himself". Well, not exactly! Nash Buckingham wrote the story of "De Shootinest Gent' Man", who was Captain Harold Money!
