Re: Nash Buckingham Duck Call

Iverson starting making calls in NYC about 1945, he later moved to California. I'm unaware of any connection between Nash and Iverson. Iverson was a cra...

Nash Buckingham Duck Call
Did you know Nash had his own line of duck calls? They are highly sought after by call collectors. I was able to add one to my collection of Reelfoot style calls recently.

What's the worst "shade tree mechanic" repair you have seen seen??
The worst I have seen is a nice CE 20ga with braze added to the hinge pin for repair for a off face condition, braze everywhere really ugly.

Re: Which one would it be???
IMG_2499.jpeg Almost all of my hunting is for little brown birds. Even though I have several really nice guns, including a custom 20 ga Fox AE, this old 20 ga Sterlingworth is a keeper. I couldn't agree more. Smallbore Sterlingworths are the salt of the earth in my world. I'd love to have a high gr...

Re: Which one would it be???
There are many things in my life I could easily simplify, reducing my gun collection is not one of them.

Re: Breech Face and Ejectors
Here is picture of my CSMC Fox 20ga after many thousands of rounds, same wear pattern. I bought this gun in the late 90's. It's been all over the Western US, Canada, Argentina 3 times and taken a bunch of preserve birds.

Re: Preferred Cases for various tasks
I use the Boyd cases exclusively. There 54" shotgun case will handle my 36" 8 gauge guns. For duck hunting i use a floating canoe bag style case.

Re: Early Fox, Parker, and Ithaca Catalogs
Great selection. Wow the Export Catalog is very special. The Parker Pinecone with the grey cover is rarely seen. I hope the Parker Clown is original! I really enjoy my catalog collection and try to match all my guns to the catalog issued when the gun was made.
