Anymore I'm sure I can find some room for it next to some other small bore Ansley's so it will have some good really really good straight legged friends and a couple ...

Re: No Links to Guns For Sale in the Open Forum

It's duly noted and I now do understand about the sale and or reference on posting a link on a for sale item. As far as a rib inscription it's all new to me as I was never had much knowledge about early philly guns. They just never came across my hands. I'm not going post now because because you sup...

The link posted is a display of a wonderful early D grade 12 bore. Thank you for posting link. Does the D grade have the rib inscription that resembles Parker Bros rib inscription ? And can I post pics of the rib about the gun is discussion ?

Re: No Links to Guns For Sale in the Open Forum

It's a link to a early gun for educational purposes. This site is about learning and info... It's not like the site is swamped with new postings everyday. The gun is interesting and should be shared. If I copy and paste photos would that be O.K. ???

Re: Fox CE 16 Ga.

Re: H.E. / Factory card

Sorry to hear on his passing. Was it recent ? Thank you very much for the insight. The Roe Clark letter is dated from 1991 and build card is on back side on factory letter.

Can you explain this issue a little more ? The Savage-era "skeet cylinder" choke of the right barrels of many skeet guns tapered in .005" to .006" then flared out in the last inch or inch and a half. So .005" to .006" range was kinda the norm, This choke must be great f...

Brian,

On your c.e. 20 Does The letter state that the barrels are original length ? That is a huge space between the barrels. How is the gun choked ?

Let's not be like little rats everyone lets Keep all the pics coming.
