Is there any identification on the gun that would indicate that it was a "trap" model?

Thanks Dave! I should have specified that the gun is a 12. Just bought it, looks like about 80% original condition with the exception of an ugly "Ranger" pad screwed to the butt....thankfully, they did not shorten the butt...will post pics here when in hand! BTW its #64236

What is this groups opinion of the scarcity of a Philly Sterly wearing 32" tubes, as opposed to shorter barrels?

It must have been really clean to start with, as metal finishing did little to damage original stampings and engravings. The barrels are also completely ripple free, and bores perfect.
